# Telegram chat

After registering with iSpecAlgo, join the project's private Telegram channel and chat. They provide news, updates, learning materials, answers, and support.

## What each resource is for

The **private channel** carries project news, announcements, ISA Terminal updates, videos and tutorials, strategy and bot information, and notices about important changes.

The **private chat** is for project questions, bot and settings discussions, sharing experience, support replies, and explanations of strategies, the terminal, and errors.

Join both: use the channel for news and the chat for discussion and questions.

## Find the links

Sign in to your dashboard on the iSpecAlgo website and find the Telegram channel and chat buttons.

## Join

1. Sign in to your iSpecAlgo dashboard.
2. Find the private channel and chat buttons.
3. Click a button.
4. You will be taken to the project's Telegram bot.
5. The bot sends the private channel and chat links.
6. Follow the links and join both resources.

## Linking your Telegram account

The Telegram account you use with the bot is linked to your iSpecAlgo account. Channel and chat access will be granted to that Telegram account.

You cannot change the linked Telegram account yourself. If you lose access, change accounts, or link the wrong account, only support can change the link.

Keep access to your Telegram account, avoid deleting or replacing an already linked account, and check that you are linking your main account. Do not create a new iSpecAlgo account just because you have a Telegram problem. Contact support if access is lost or the wrong account was linked.

## If a link does not open

Check that Telegram is installed, you are signed in to the intended Telegram account, the link has not expired, and your project access is active. Contact support if the problem continues.

## If the bot does not send the links

1. Check that you opened the bot from your iSpecAlgo dashboard.
2. Press **Start** in the bot.
3. Check that access is active on the website.
4. Try opening the bot from the dashboard again.
5. Contact support if this does not help.

Do not share your invitation links. The private channel and chat are for project users. If you lose access, first check your subscription status in the dashboard, then contact support.
